Shipping Policies
Shipping rates vary by destination country; you can check the rate by entering your address before completing your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code so you can check the status of your shipment.

-It is the buyer’s responsibility to complete the necessary procedures in their country to clear the package through customs.
-If the package is not received due to the buyer’s negligence (e.g., failure to pay taxes, failure to pick up at customs, failed delivery due to an incorrect address), the purchase will be considered lost.
In such cases, there will be no refund or reshipment of the product.
-The company is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, strikes, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond its control.

Products have a lead time of 15 to 30 days for manufacturing before we ship them to your destination country. If you choose FedEx Express shipping, please allow 5 to 15 business days from the date the shipment is processed. If you choose the national postal service, delivery takes 15 to 45 days from the date the shipment is processed, depending on the distance to your country.
